Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Rescheduling or Cancellations: Clients must notify me at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty. * Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of services booked. * Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to perform your service. A 50% charge of services booked will still apply. * No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of services booked and may be required to prepay for future bookings. * Emergencies: I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me provide the best service to all clients. Extension clients: Extension hair cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once packaging is opened and taken off. Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with the results of a service I have provided, I am happy to offer one complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your original appointment. The adjustment must address the original service and will be discussed and scheduled at my discretion. Refunds are not offered for services rendered.
