No call, no show is charged 50% of service.
Please try to cancel prior to 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not cancel in time you will be charged 50% of services booked.
If your hair is not to your liking, please inform me within a week of your appointment. I will redo it for FREE if it is within one week. Anything outside of that will be charged full price.
